I feel your pain.  Within the past 23 years I’ve lived in six states and have moved eleven….that’s right, count them–ELEVEN…times. And I’ve learned — the hard way — that there is no reason to make a stressful process even more difficult.

What does this mean for you?

It means that, whether you are looking to buy or sell a home in Gainesville Florida,  I work hard to ensure that we get you through to the other side of the transaction with a minimum of aggravation.  In other words, I spend my time freaking out so you won’t have to.  :)

I love working with Gainesville Florida first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and relocation clients. I specialize in working northwest and southwest Gainesville neighborhoods such as Haile Plantation, Town of Tioga, Cobblefield, Cambridge Forest, Kenwood, Mentone, Hickory Forest, Sable Chase, Northwood Pines, Northwood Oaks, and The Hammock.

I am a real estate techno-geek.

  • I blog regularly on ActiveRain, the world’s biggest on-line real estate network. (Feel free to visit my blog, Gainesville Life, to see what it is I do out there).
  • I am a Trulia Pro and VIP.
  • I tweet regularly about the Gainesville real estate market, as well as about  happenings in and around Gainesville Florida.  (Feel free to follow gainesvillelife on twitter to see what it is I do out there).
  • When clients list with me, I create an iMovie of their home, which is published to YouTube, realtor.com, coldwellbanker.com, mmparrish.com, gatornationrelocation.com (which is my website) and dozens of other websites as well, giving my clients’ homes high Internet exposure in the Gainesville real estate market. (Feel free to check out my Gainesville, Florida YouTube Channel to view some of these videos, as well as videos I’ve made of local Gainesville neighborhoods). I also post info flyers of my clients’ homes on craigslist.

What do these geeky freaky pieces of info mean for my clients?  It means that I have a strong Internet presence in our Gainesville real estate market….which  means that my clients, and their homes, ALSO have a strong Internet presence in the Gainesville real estate market.  And why is a strong Internet presence a big whoop, you may ask?  Because 90 percent of buyers use the Internet when searching for their home!


Because kids need a Children’s Hospital

Ten percent of my proceeds supports the Sebastian Ferrero Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to building a free-standing, full-service Children’s Hospital in Gainesville, Florida.
